We have developed a unique interactive tool that allows our customers to create and design their own luxury custom watch in the comfort of their own home or office, at any time of day or night. PRIM also offers the option to meet in person for those customers who still prefer to discuss the design process this way. And for customers designing a large series of watches, we provide personalized service every time to assure you that every detail of the production is addressed.
Lastly, PRIM even provides the option for customers to watch the creation of their watches on video, through a video document of the process delivered along with their finished timepiece.
One note: We recognize that some may prefer to purchase a watch immediately at a jewelry store. Our watches aren't represented in this fashion. Rather, PRIM is proud of our specialized customer service and the luxury of allowing customers to create custom watches.
